Michael Fiddler

Interim Executive Chef

Biography

Brooklyn-born Executive Chef Michael Fiddler entered the culinary world at age seven when his father taught him to make his favorite breakfast – “cheese eggs.” He went on to work in local restaurants as a teenager and throughout his college years while obtaining his B.S. in Finance.

After a six-year detour working for one of the world’s leading financial firms, Chef Fiddler found his way back to the kitchen and enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at the French Culinary Institute in New York. He gained experience in top New York hot spot restaurants like the Russian Tea Room and Judson Grill before beginning his culinary travels. He continued his career working in five star/five diamond and Michelin rated restaurants and luxury hotels including the Ritz Carlton New Orleans, Mandarin Oriental Washington DC, and Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago.

Chef Fiddler has been tapped by global R&D consulting firms, cutting edge start-up concepts, and leading Country Clubs including Augusta National for his culinary knowledge, operational experience, innovation, and proven leadership.
